We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, preparing documents, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide customer service support to internal and external customers.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Handle incoming mail and other material.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
