Multiple Civil Construction Positions Available
Our work ranges from road construction and maintenance through to earthworks, drainage, subdivisions, retaining walls and bridges, on major projects across the Wellington region.
The Role:
- Civil Labouring & Drain laying

Machine Operating (Excavator, Roller, Compactor, Trucks)- Civil Carpenters
- Crane Operators
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate various items of plant on different civil projects (excavator, roller, compactor, site dumper)
- General labouring work to support the team when required
- Other duties specific to civil construction, such as concrete work, kerb & channel, small asphalt work etc.
- Permanent full time job - minimum 40 hours guaranteed
- Work from Monday to Friday (Saturday from time to time)
About You:
- Full, clean Class 1 license, Class 2 + (or overseas equivalent)
- Ability to work and live in New Zealand / Relevant Visa
- WTR endorsements are essential (or overseas equivalent)
- 1+ year's experience as an Operator/Labourer in Civil construction
- Strong work ethic (40+ Hour Week)
- A desire to keep yourself and others safe in the workplace
- Site Safe or Construct Safe certificate (or ability to obtain it)
