This role involves answering telephones to clients and dispatching vehicles in the most efficient manner to the outstanding bookings , a good knowledge of the local area is essential and a reasonable knowledge of computers is helpful , training will be given in the role. You must be able to interact with the public in a polite and pleasant manner and be reliable and have good customer service skills this position is part time but may lead to full time for the successful applicant. the job does involve weekend and night work.
