Analyze and consolidate full truck and loose case orders to ensure that replenishment plan is align with inventory stock and appropriate route, cost and vehicles.
Coordinate and follow up with logistics team to ensure there are enough vehicles and drivers for all job request.
Provide data input to do daily and monthly replenishment report and analyze data about inventory and distribution planning operation performance.
Analyze demand needs by plants and makes recommendations for developing, implementing, improving and expanding to others such as supply chain planning, customer service, SSC plants and other concerns.
Identify and improve, which include integrated demand planning efforts, new technology assessments and implementations, incorporating more advanced forecasting methodologies, and logistic efficiency improvements.
Analyze and plan for all inventory management and daily replenishment stock aligned to sales forecast and sales proportion to ensure that all stocks are divided to proper plants and MT customers with proper quantities.
Analyze capacity availability and constraint as minimum order quantity, restock frequency, shelf life, lead time communicate and take action with other concerns to ensure stock availability.
Respond and monitor for forecasting, including base SKU forecasting, promotional forecasting, and event planning, inventory analysis and replenishment coupled with replenishment analysis to identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
Provide effective and reliable daily replenishment plan, dispatch plan of finished goods to ensure supply by managing stock at optimum level.
Update to supervisor on daily activities and highlight operation related issues/purpose and suggest actions to be taken and solutions to be made.

Develop overall understanding Supply Chain business, processes and tools being leveraged to fulfill their required capabilities.
Analyze sales forecast, actual sales and promotions data for considering trends orders related to inventory and distribution planning.
Analyze SKU level performance on a weekly and monthly basis to make recommendations on mark downs for slow moving stocks, fast moving stocks, and promotional opportunities for overstocked items.
Analyze trends in demand, creating replenishment strategies that achieve desired service levels, anticipating future needs, and motivating their team of analysts.
Adapt to business protocols, policies, guidelines and standards that ensure an environment of continuous improvement. Involves a willingness to communicate and provide feedback on replenishment and activities to all areas of the business. This will include involvement in meetings as needed.
Responsible to see that inventory is received appropriately and efficiently, and processed in a timely and safe manner by following established procedures.
Provide weekly/monthly sales reporting on key business areas and develop new reporting tools to accommodate changes in business direction.

Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Statistic, Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Major in Industrial, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 0-2 years of strong analytical data and business analysis experience.
Knowledge in VMI or replenishment functions experience will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of SAP or transport management system will be an added advantage.
Those from supply chain/ logistics environment will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Power Point.
Strong analytical and investigate thorough follow through with an ability to multi-task.
