Summary

Our high performing Probate practice area is seeking to enhance the current team in our Wolds Office in Louth with the addition of Administration Assistant. This role is an excellent opportunity to work for and contribute to the ongoing growth of a firm that drives a positive culture of support.


You will have secretarial/administrative experience, with an ability to work proactively, independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Your consistently strong delivery will be an integral part of the ongoing success of the team.


As part of the role, your main duties will include:


  • Producing and amending all types of correspondence, documents, reports, emails, attachments from a variety of sources
  • Audio transcription
  • Assist with account queries
  • Maintain client information in a variety of forms
  • Answer and make telephone calls
  • Proactively manage diaries and assist with the booking of travel arrangements as well internal and external meetings
  • Working collaboratively across departments

We want to talk to people who have excellent communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail. You must be fully conversant with Microsoft packages and will have previous experience of delivering excellent internal and external customer service coupled with demonstrable experience of secretarial/administration in a busy team. You will be able to effectively prioritise workloads and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
