CTO Branch Technology is seeking for an Identity and Access Management Administrator (IDAM) Analyst, to strengthen the team that is responsible for the user access management processes.
Overall Responsibility:
Branch Technology (BT), as part of the Banks IT department, mainly provides first and second level production services and end level technologies to different clients and business lines across Deutsche Bank. In essence, it oversees all operational aspects of the Bank’s IT assets on both infrastructure and application level.
We are looking for a Technology Services Analyst to cover all IDAM related processes and tasks and to be responsible for various interfaces to build a bridge between the key areas or topics.

The focus is on user administration both on infrastructure and application level, a fundamental role that is anchored in various key IT policies and processes of Deutsche Bank. First and foremost, IDAM are responsible for the Identity and Access Management Processes for the locally hosted, operated, or managed assets.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Assume ownership and responsibility for the local Identity and Access Management Processes.
- Support the business and ensure, that policy-aligned controls are implemented or adhered, e.g., 4-Eyes-Principles and Segregation of Duties.
- Foster a timely processing of User access requests and recertification-based access revocations.
- Coordinate ITIL related topics for your processes, such as Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Collaborate with both local and global stakeholders, especially the IT Application Owners and Technical Information Security Officers on Identity and Access related topics.
Experience and Education:
- 1+ years professional experience in related Identity and Access and/or Application management areas.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg regulations and experience in the Luxembourg financial sector would be desirable. Furthermore, Scripting skills (PowerShell) and experiences with ServiceNow are considered an advantage. We expect excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex topics. A team member who can share information, knowledge and expertise in crisp messages/visions within the team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, service requests and incidents simultaneously and to prioritize them independently.
- Fluent in English and German (written/verbal), French is considered an advantage.
