About the job:
- Lead for process/equipment capability readiness for designed process/operation
- Design or develop the qualification plan to qualify new product or process and follow up the progress and on time delivery.

Investigate and develop new or advanced manufacturing technologies, including crimping, winding, welding, taping, assembly and testing processes, automation.- Lead cross functional team and develop improvement programs to systematically solve line issues and drive for solution.
- Define operation standard, generate specification, working instruction for responsible process/operation
- Generate or develop improvement projects/programs and facilitate engineer to investigate customer issues and satisfy the customer in term of yield and quality.
- Drive and make sure process control tools implementation for responsible product and process (PFMEA, control plan...)
- Guide and lead team to drive productivity, Cost reduction, quality operation efficiency projects
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
