Job Description

  • Serve as the company's foremost authority on all relevant aspects of the assigned products and customer segment, encompassing comprehensive product knowledge, technical expertise, applications, and target markets (RC, TC).

  • Take charge of devising marketing strategies to ensure the achievement of current and future business objectives for the designated portfolio.

  • By examining sales data, economic indicators, industry trends, and customer demands, develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics, including product positioning, pricing, and distribution channels.

  • Evaluate and monitor local competition, offering recommendations on strategies to enhance, safeguard, and expand market share, which can be integrated into the marketing plans.

  • Adapt and customize distinctive value propositions and create tailored messaging for diverse external stakeholders.

  • Create marketing programs and campaigns to attract potential customers and maximize sales from existing customers, while also establishing marketing programs in collaboration with key opinion leaders in the local market.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, service, projects, and sales channel partners to execute targeted marketing campaigns, identify targets, and develop impactful messages.

  • Manage product portfolio configuration, product mix, pricing, and oversee various marketing activities.

  • Formulate a successful marketing strategy to achieve short- and long-term objectives within the responsible care area.

  • Develop compelling product positioning and value propositions within the responsible care area.

  • Devise local plans and execute new product launches.

  • Provide support throughout the sales cycle, supplying key marketing materials such as product and application training, presentations, sales aids, tools, and collateral for the sales team, application specialists, and sales channel partners.

  • Prepare the annual marketing plan, contribute to budgeting efforts, and steer company initiatives towards maximizing sales and profits in line with company goals and departmental objectives.

  • Monitor customer requirements for product performance, collaborating closely with customers and field sales representatives to identify and translate customer needs into new products.

  • Exercise control and management over marketing expenditure, assisting in the creation of the overall annual marketing budget.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years experienced in sales or product specialist in medical devices, critical care or ventilator are preferred
  • Bachelor of Nursing is preferred or related disciplines.
  • Established relationship with hospitals
