The Maison Director is responsible for the successful management and enhancement of Seoul Maison Flagship, with the main objectives of developing strong sales performance, growing her/his teams(sales, operation, client development, art & culture) and reaching a sustainable high quality of client service & VIP treatment.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Drive Maison Seoul Sales Performance
- Project and produce the sales as defined in the Flagship action plan developed with the Area Manager/ Retail Director focusing on short-term and long-term strategic and financial objectives to achieve; spearheads management and strategic development, including High Jewerly
- Inspire the sales team by monitoring and setting specific action plans related to Retail KPIs of Masion Seoul, strongly lead the sales team to achieve the sales target by regular coaching, training, meeting and so on
2. Ensure High quality of Client Service and VIP treatment
- Generate strong new potential clients while developing new and innovative business ideas to expand client portfolio of Maison Seoul
- Design and esceute Maison Seoul CRM programs (in-store event, VIP client dinner, gifting and so on) together with client development manager to ensure the differentiation of Maison Seoul client experience
- Make sure the client journey Maison Seoul is well implemented, excellence in client service including barometer, guest experience feedback
3. Lead the development and operational efficiency of Maison Seoul teams
- Identify success profiles and talent planning in order to define career paths and promote advancement, while monitoring and supervising Flagship team members
- Maximize her/his teams' efficiency, make sure good collaboration among Maison Seoul teams, central Retail, central MKT & Communications
4. Enhance quality and maintain intergraity of the Van Cleef & Arpels image in Seoul Maison Flagship
- Be the representative Ambassador of Maison Seoul, host and engage with major visitors such as VIP Clients, Press(& influencers), Landlords, internal guests from Richemont, VCA international
Qualification
- At least 10 years of experience as a store management in luxury industry or fashion/lifestyle brand
- University degree
- Good understanding on luxury market and VIP client behavior
- Excellent communication skill
- Customer centric mindset with good clientelling knowledge
- Leadership and coaching experience
- At least +10 with direct report experience
- Commercial mindset with strong analysis and strategy development skills
- Constant "can-do" positive attitude
- Fluent in Korean and English
