  • This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office) with frequent travel to factory site; and be relocated to Binh Duong in 2024.

Core Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition, you will play an important role in supporting our organization's talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for developing and driving effective recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position requires a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, the ability to establish strong relationships across all levels, and the expertise to drive continuous improvement in our recruitment process.

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including contact with hiring leaders, screening & selection, interviews (in-person, phone and video), offer proposal and candidate follow–up & feedback.
  • Partner with Hiring Leaders and/or HR Business Partners to define the most appropriate recruiting strategy based on the specific role and business needs, clearly communicate the process and manage hiring leader and candidates’ expectations.
  • Ensure successful onboarding experience for the new hires in close collaboration with other internal teams (e.g. Facilities, IT, HR Services, etc.)

2. Work hand-in-hand with Partnering & Operations team to best support regional business and people demand.

3. Collaborate with global or other regions’ Talent team to support the broad Talent agenda, e.g. HR system, employer branding, learning & culture, etc.

4. Ad-hoc tasks, including but not limited to recruitment demand/capacity planning, recruitment Visual Factory, diversity & inclusion

5. Employer branding and candidate engagement

  • Implement employer branding initiatives in alignment with regional business priorities to enhance the organization's reputation and attract high-quality candidates

We strategically position ourselves in these regions to ensure close proximity to the business and provide extensive support in recruitment and other talent-related initiatives.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Good command of English
  • 4-5 years’ experience on leading end-to-end recruitment and collaborating with leaders of diverse function and culture background, especially in manufacturing area
  • Proven record on leading recruitment and TA projects across the region
  • High learning agility to understand and assess people from different cultures.
  • Used to recruit through LinkedIn and country-focused local job boards.
  • Ability to identify the most appropriate recruitment channel(s) for each recruitment and the most effective approach per country specificities .
  • Willingness to learn something new and navigate with ambiguity
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; can quicky build trust and credibility with others.
  • Structured mind, autonomous and self-driven
