We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of our kitchen operation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating menus & delicious dishes, managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Qualifications:

· 7-10 years of experience in working as a head Chef in catering or large-scale food production companies.

· Proven track record of creating innovative menus and high-quality dishes.

· Up to date with the culinary trends and professional kitchen operations.

· Strong knowledge of food safety standards.

· Familiar with computer programs like restaurant management software, and POS.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

· Experience in managing the meal preparation business is a plus.

· Start-up company experience is a must.

Head Chef duties and responsibilities: -

· Work directly with owner in developing recipes and follow the directives to ensure we stay on trend and keep elevating out offering.

· Responsible for managing the end-to-end kitchen operation.

· Overseeing the food preparation & production process in line with the laid-out guidelines and highest standards.

· Creating new menus or updating existing dishes based on customers’ experiences.

· Budgeting, planning, food purchasing, and inventory in coordination with the management.

· Overseeing Recruitment, training, and mentoring process for junior chefs and commis in coordination with the management.

· Promote a climate of positive work culture and motivate the workers as and when required.

Salary: AED 9,000

Experience:

  • Working as A Chef: 7 – 10 years (Preferred)
  • Working as Head Chef: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Working in catering or large-scale food production: 3 - 5 years (Preferred)
  • Start-up company: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
