The Logistics coordinator with emphasis in Driver Services will be in charge of providing information to carriers related to logistics (status of cargo, routes, documentation, updates of the logistics process of cargo movement in the USA) by telephone from one of our client companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct communication with carriers via telephone.
Provide and receive information related to cargo status, routes, documents, delays and other aspects of the shipment of cargo from point A to point B.
Meet the goals and expectations set by the client and/or immediate Supervisor.
Follow the responsibilities assigned by the company and your employer in terms of policies, regulations, quality, health, and safety.
