Grand Seiko Asia-Pacific is currently seeking Sales Associates to be part of our dynamic and diverse team in Singapore. This role will be directly reporting to the Boutique Manager.
Job descriptions:
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs set by the Company.
- Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating a high level of product & Brand knowledge and customer service.
- Establish and nurture strong and trustful relationships with all clients to achieve high client satisfaction.
- Maximize the existing customers and enlarge the new client base through the GS9 Club platform.
- Deliver an authentic retail journey by offering excellent after-sales service/follow-up.
- Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies (daily and a monthly inventory check, stock transfer, watch loan, CRM, etc.).
- Support events, GS9 Club workshops, activities, and visual merchandising changes, and work closely with the marketing team.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards meet the brand.
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the store are maintained to Brand’s standards.
- Always maintain the best boutique conditions. E.g., cleanliness, safety, security, etc.
- Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different situations, and seek support from and provide support to colleagues.
- Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager/Supervisor.
Requirements:
- With 2 years of relevant retail experience in luxury brands, high-end fashion, jewellery and watch industry or in similar capacity.
- Sales and resulted-oriented.
- Possess initiative, meticulous and details oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective.
- High integrity with good ethics and values.
