Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

- Resolve issues with empathy and accuracy.

- Maintain product knowledge.

- Document interactions and collaborate with the team.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication.

- Previous support experience (a plus).

- Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
