TITLE: REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
INDUSTRY: FOOD AND BEVERAGE
LOCATION: Victoria Island, LAGOS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop the organization's operational strategy and objectives aligned with the experiential goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of experiences.
- Establish and streamline operational processes and workflows to ensure seamless execution of experiential activities. Continuously assess processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services required.
- Oversee logistics, transportation, and inventory management working hand in hand with the procurement associate to ensure timely delivery of materials, service requested and resources for experiential events or activities.
- Establish quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the organization's offerings. Implement risk management strategies to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Proactively seek ways to enhance the organization's offerings, operational processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Managing market initiatives and maximize business performance to reach the customer and company goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience of 4 -5years in business and Operations management or a related field, preferably in the confectionary sector
- Demonstrated success in business & operations management, development plans, establishing partnerships, and achieving growth targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business development and marketing plans.
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships with governing institutions and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦400,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- leadership or supervision in the spa and wellness industry: 5 years (Preferred)
