Execute all administrative tasks inherent to the Director and support activities require for the Departments.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
∙ Administrative tasks.
∙ Assist the Director in the management process in SAP.
∙ Cover local non stock purchasing
∙ Insure correctness and precision in expenses reports.
∙ Follow up signature requested.
∙ Assist in traveling reservations for the department
∙ Assist in travel plans of visitors when coming to Mexico.
∙ Prepare the arrival of visitors to Juarez in regards of safety planning and transit. ∙ Prepares reports
∙ Supports moves to the purchasing department.
∙ Assists Director in the elaboration, control and execution of P.O.'S, CAPEX and other documents.
∙ Support communications activities with foreign personal, including: Expense reports, attendance records, FM 3'S and other immigration processes.
∙ Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Payroll and overtime activities
∙ Performs activities related to safety.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
∙ Strong skills in Microsoft suite products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Exchange)
∙ High school or professional.
∙ 1 to 3 years of applicable experience
∙ Good communicator
∙ Knowledge of SAP is desired
∙ Bilingual (Spanish-English)
