Your responsibilities as Supervisor
- Manage and supervise all activities within the warehouse
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of good.
- Conduct regular inspections of inventory.
- Utilize inventory management software and tools for tracking and management.
- Analyse inventory data, identify trends, and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist loading and unloading of good when needed
- May be assigned to night shift
Your qualities and experience
You can move ahead as Supervisor, if you have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on wholesale food.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures, inventory management software and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and fast learner
- Physically fit for occasional loading/unloading of good
