Your tasks:

Provide support and advise on topics related to Subses Operations including:

• Be clear and visible in all aspects both within HSSE and Quality & Integrity in the project and for the lifetime of the Berling field.
• Provide input to documentation for operations and for asset management towards and after start-up. These can be (but not limited to): commissioning and start up procedures, OR&A plan, operations manuals, interface manual with host organization, training manuals, maintenance and inspection procedures
• Provide input and support to the improvements of the OMV management system (OGMS) so regulations for operations are aligned and compliant with relevant Norwegian regulations, in a timely manner before Berling start up
• Participate in the work and studies related to Operator Task Analysis for DG4
• Ensure knowledge transfer and familiarization with system for operations for the receiving asset organization
• Support in developing detailed operations and maintenance procedures and in preparing the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) for Berling subsea production system
• Provide input to the manning plans for operations organization including competency and training requirements
• Assist in the maturation of the Berling digital strategy
• Support in preparing the asset with the necessary technical and physical infrastructure for conducting safe and efficient production and operations of the Berling field, including establishing good communications and working relationship with Equinor Operations
• Support in the follow up of project Life Cycle Information and related IT tools
• Participate in key project development reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, QRA, Site lay out reviews, design reviews, key contractor documents, manuals and model reviews
• Assist in the MC, commissioning, plant/equipment performance testing execution where applicable
• Support project by promoting collaboration and experience transfer across different relevant projects in OMV and externally where applicable

Your profile:

• University degree Master/Diplom in an Engineering or technical discipline
• Minimum 9 years relevant professional experience
• Preferred subsea operations, production operations and offshore experience
• Familiar with and good working knowledge in Norwegian regulatory framework and relevant standards
• Excellent inter-personal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, positive and commited attitude
• Enjoy working in a team
• Considerable expertise in all aspects of offshore operation and subsea production
• Knowledge of engineering for oil and gas projects
• Excellent English and Norwegian language skills, spoken and written
